Any recommendations on quality tools such as torque wrenches. Do I need
2 ? The kwak requires ranges of 5nm to 180nm or thereabouts. The
wrenches I've seen don't have that big a range.

I've had one of these for 12 years. Covers the upper range of your
    requirements.

Halfords Pro range. And yes, you'll need two to cover that range I
believe. Don't be tempted by one of the low-range ones from M&P/MPS or
whatever they're called. It took several sheared bolts before I
realised how wildly innacurate they are.

beware buying used torque wrenches, people don't store them properly,
eg set back to default with all the load off.

always a good idea to test / calibrate any new to you (eg unknown)
    torque wrench.

For really good quality tools try Britool (available from
http://www.primetools.co.uk ) Not cheap, but YGWYPF.

You probably won't find one single wrench with that range.
