I clicked on the link. Now I just want to nuke the bastards. That's
the sickest document I have seen for some time.

Merkins are special. Harleigh users doubly so.

I loved this bit - "Will instruct any rider to ride in a specific
position within the group, or to leave the group entirely, for reasons
of misconduct, disorderly or unsafe riding, or faulty/unsafe
    equipment."

And I get to go visit some of them next week.

Anyone know if there's anything to do in and around North Andover,
    Massachusetts?

But they do exactly the same here.

I was driving near Castleton in the porker one day and got held up by
the cunts all doing 55. In the end I had to start cutting through them
about 4 at a time. They were like a hive of wasps disturbed. Not only
do they think they should ride like cunts, they think everyone has to
    progress at the ordained speed.

    (cough) Paging the grammar nazis...
Not only Huns, Hardly riders use that term in other countries.
The term "road captain" usually appears when there are group riding rules

    http://www.google.com/search?q=motorcycle+group+riding+rules+"road+captain"

I prefer "Always make sure you can see the guy riding behind you, if any".
the same time as a bunch (I forget how many, at least 6 or 7) German v-
max riders. They were all dressed in near identical outfits, including
those leather jeans that have the criss-cross string up the outside of
    the legs.
And when they took their (open face) lids off, most of them produced
those Village People-style peaked black leather caps to wear.
And yes, one of them introduced himself as "road leader" or "road
captain" - again I forget which.

    May be überVmaxgruppenfuhrer?

The same thing applies to roups of any BMW GS riders.

In the past I've taken great pleasure in ignoring those cunts and
pulling out into the middle of their pack before fucking off into the
distance at normal road speed. Most of those times I was in a 68bhp
    diesel VW Golf.

No **** tells me I can't proceed unless they're a copper or traffic
    warden.

  12. Indeed. Mind-boggling. And it introduces all sorts of interesting
litigious possibilities. Fundamentally, though, it's terribly sad.

Is that where a designated person rides at the back to pick up bits that
    have dropped off the rest?

Oh holy crap. They even have predefined hand signals

    http://tinyurl.com/63mwjk

Surely it's more fun making these up as you're going along.

'My swingarm is being sawn in half by my sprocket'
    'My chain has just snapped'
'That **** nearly had me off'
'It's Sunday in France, can you push me to the next fuel stop'
