Biker Guinea Pigs wanted!

Biker guinea pigs wanted to stay with us in our farmhouse in Germany
by the River Mosel. This stunning area is a summer attraction,
especially to bikers, cyclists, walkers and nature lovers, with
idyllic roads for motorcycling tours. France, Luxembourg and Belgium
    are ‘day trips’ away.

We have bough a huge farmhouse, for ‘retirement’ far too big for the
two of us, so are toying with the idea of ‘letting out’ the ground
floor during the tourist season, normally Easter until the October
wine festivals. We both speak fluent German and English, with Mrs a
German national and Mr an Englishman.
Ground floor means, kitchen, dining room, lounge (large), bedroom
(large), bathroom, with bath shower, toilet. There is also a basement
with a laundry room and washing machine, a warm ‘dry’ room for wet kit
(houses the boiler and large fuel tank) as well as other storage and
drying areas (not used as this area has the most sunshine in all of
Germany). The CHEAP but quality wine and beer are also stored here!!
    Wireless internet access.

Bikes or other transport will be stored locked in a variety of
outbuildings, including a huge barn, in a virtually crime free area.
We are trying to pitch the costs to you in order to cover our own
outgoings plus a little bit, but not to demand premium rates for this
area, as it is also our own home. Equally we don’t wish to be
‘overwhelmed’ with demand. Letting will be self catering (good
amenities nearby) and for a maximum of 4 persons to start with, until
we see if we both like it. Costs will be around 25€ per night per
‘couple’ and Frankfurt Hahn and Ryanair are 20 mins away. Send an
email to mosel DASH home AT live DOT co DOT uk for more details and
links and pictures etc. We will TRY to reply to all. Thanks.

Spamming goit. Mind you, this is what we're going to be doing in
Chile, via guest cabins on the land. Oh dear, perhaps I shouldn't have
    mentioned that.

NOPE not spam at all, a genuine invitation ... take a chance and find
out!! On second thoughts don't bother, you wouldn't like it here!

I'm sure you'll start some entertaining thread and carefully slip in a
few pointers in a very subtle and effective manner.

Have to admit I am surprised at the use of the English language in the
above advert. Is it an attempt at market research ?

  5. Yes it was. On topic spam, but spam none the less.
    Oh dear.

    Er ... yes it was.
but I expect it'll generally be taken as such. Certainly a nice part
of the world, as you say.

Interesting approach from someone trying to sell something, nicht wahr?

A commercial post and then a rattle-throw in just seventeen
    minutes :)

    Lighten up, kid.

Oh, probably ;-) Just amused that he managed to go from spamming with
a business post to yammer-mode in a quarter of an hour. It doesn't
bode well for the customer service, does it?

"Could I please have another pillow?

"Isn't one good enough for you? Bugger off or I'll set the Frau onto
    you."

    Certainly a nice part
    That's true enough.

I really think we need to see pictures of the Frau before we can form an
    accurate judgement on the matter.

She might be a real munter,

a bit small. But could be a 2 stop trip.

Nah, he's obviously hear of you, and now you've mentioned you're doing the
same thing, worried you'll trash his place to take out the competition.

    Spammer! :)

I'd have been interested in knowing that before I went over Europe a few
years back. I'll probably send these folk an e-mail anyway.

Chile's a bit too earthquakey for me :)
