What a bunch of cunts.

Carole Nash sent me my annual renewal notice so I thought I'd do a bit
of phoning around and see who was doing the best price before I left
it too late and bikesure proved to be seriously fucking stupid.

Their website allows you to ask them to phone back so I clicked the
magic button and it said they'd phone back at 18:06 on Friday. Did
they phone back when they said they would? Did they ****. Instead they
decided to phone back at 4am this morning. The cunts had me on hold
before I could rant at them and after waiting for 5 minutes to be put
onto one of their sales droids I gave up and went back to sleep.

I've sent them an email asking what the **** they were playing at and
informing them that they won't be getting my money this year (or any
other) but I'll not hold my breath waiting for a response.

In the end Carole Nash came up with the best price so they've got my
cash again. At least I know I've got European recovery so when the
Tenere spits it dummy and refuses to charge its battery again they'll
come and save me.

 

That's pretty fucking bizarre by any standard.

Conversely I used them for the gixer last year and had no problems with
them.

Not competitive this year though: £152 quid with MCE. Bargain!

 

Unfortunately for bikesure Adie was insured with them this year and
after being rudely awakened she's going over to Carole Nash when her
renewal comes up in a couple of weeks. Even better is the fact that
she's going to let them know why she'll not be taking up their renewal
option.

I really hope someone gets arse fucked for this one but we'll never
find out.
