Biking with pigeons...

    ....racing birds seen yesterday being released from a basket near M1
    J24 off the rack of a big CBR(?) wheelie bin.

    Adds a new dimension to pigeon racing!
    Wonder what the birds thought?
    Would the RSPCA be interested?
    Does anyone care?
    Do I look bovvered?
    etc

    <slight hint of whooshness - in more ways than one>
    My point was slightly more offbeat than you seem to have interpreted
    as this was a conventional racing basket. Ie it had large holes for
    the wind to whistle through! I had <fx: cartoon mode> visions of
    pigeons bracing themselves against the sides of the basket whilst in
    biking mode...
