Bit down tonight.

Got a phone call at work from an ex's mum to tell me she'd been found
dead in her bath earlier this week, cause of death unknown as yet.
Inquest to be held etc before she can be buried. She'd been suffering
with MS for the last 10 years (she was 38) and it had only very
recently started to get worse. I know she was a bit of a bunny boiler,
but she wasn't that bad.

Digging deep into my soul there isn't an ex I'd wish this on. It was close
but I've managed to rise above it!

I see people every week who are suffering such that were it me, I'd sign out
voluntarily. Even though it transfers some of the suffering onto those left
behind. So at least the suffering for her has ended. MS is deeply unpleasant
as it deteriorates.

 

Great shame. She seemed quite mad, but hot at the same time. I'll
break the news to the boy tomorrow; she made quite an impression on him.

 

Oh mate, mental ... absolutely fucking mental and she knew it, but
loads of fun in a 'way out there' kind of way

She quite fancied your boy.
