Thanks for the link - a number of things have popped out of that. I
have a friend that's severely disabled with Ankylosing Spondilitis - I
didn't know it was a subset of Psoriatic Arthritis.

Secondly, I've never connected that facts that a) I have minor patches
of psoriasis here and there, and b) my manky big toe-nail falls off
every few years. However, a quick shufty about suggests that the
description of the latter matches that of Onychogryposis, which in
turn suggests the cause isn't PA.
