Just a thought - is there another similar-ish bike called a GN250 for
a different market with different suspension. Or maybe a spec change
partway through the model life. Such daftness has been known to happen.

  3. Not quite that easy as it's a 2-1 system, and spacing out the silencer
means that not enough header feeds into the collector box.

  4. No. Because the silencer is on the left, and it fell on the right and
    damaged the r/h shock.

  5. Not to my knowledge. There are models with a 2-2 exhaust, though.

  6. Er, other way around. Fell on the left and the pipe is on the right!

    In communiqué <1jozi8c.1uimgo8idd3pcN%>,
I was thinking more of tweaking it out to the side a bit more. Still
that's what comes of building too many Morini mix and match frame and
    engine bitzas.

A mystery, but the shorter dampers that Wemoto are sending will sort it.

Sorted. One pair of 315mm length shocks and they bolted straight on in
    two minutes. Job done.
