What, again?

When my local pub closed down <sob> the landlady said she had people
coming in and saying "Oh no! What a shame they're closing our pub.".

And she would think "Well, I've never seen you in here before
tonight...".

After a while, she started saying it.

 

Oh I dunno. If they hadn't bothered supporting the pub why be polite to them
when the shutters are coming down?

That place at the end of your road? I used to go in there, and when it
closed I bought the big kids climbing frame out of the garden for a
