If they bounce back, what do the bounces say (which server bounced it back)? If it didn't go, I suspect the SMTP gateway setting is wrong (smtp.demon.co.uk instead of .net perhaps). If it really bounced back, I suspect the Demon SMTP gateway is bouncing it because it doesn't believe you are a demon customer. ADSL or dialup (you are dialling up to Demon aren't you - have to check). SMTP AUTH password or POP3 before SMTP required?
