    Ta matey...

Only a couple of weeks into the broken nights of sleep etc... But so
far so good. Despite having shingles I'm loving it!

When I saw a Bugatti Veyron on the road and almost wet myself with
excitement, SWMBO just said "Calm down it's just a car, it has four
wheels, seats and an engine" but when she cooes over a little baby and
I do a similar type of response (i.e. "It's just a baby, it is small
but has a proportionally massive head") she gets angry. Hmm.

The Bugatti may have four wheels but it also has four turbos!!

Anyway I don't know you or whether this baby is the product of one of
your "special cuddles" but if so, congratulations :)

She felt some credit was due. Don't know why. All she had to do was
incubate the baby. Not a big ask.

Shit isn't it? How long did it last? I've felt crap for about a
month or so, and the rash is just starting to appear now...

It's OK - she fits in the panniers easy enough.

I had it for around four months. The rash did join up, but I didn't die.

Bugger... I was expecting to be better any day now. I'm still at work
    - but as the rash is coming out now I'm probably reaching the point
where I shouldn't be as (AIUI) it's the oozings from the rash that
carry the Chicken Pox virus to other unsuspecting souls.

Perhaps if they can restrain themselves from licking my torso they'll
    be OK?

Perhaps the lack of sleep has affected me more than I thought - but
even google isn't helping with this one...

It's the tiredness - especially of an evening that is the bugger.
Generally feeling ok when I get up, then it's all down hill from there
on. No quick guaranteed cures then?
