Managed to snap the final drive oil filler 'cap' (more a bolt) on the Pan... literally the last job I had to do as part of the oil service I've given the bike today as well, and no fucker keeps it in stock. Roll on Saturday... assuming all the sunshine doesn't piss off by then. -- JackH Pan European BOTAFOT #110 D.Bot (University Of Speed) - BOTAFOF #29 - GHPOTHUF #29
Well... in the nice handbook that came with the bike, it gives a torque value for the actual drain bolt, but not, the filler cap. So no, I wasn't. ;-) I'll be, in the face of a nice new rubber seal on the new bolt, be using the 'hand tight, then just nip it up' method, when it eventually arrives... -- JackH Pan European BOTAFOT #110 D.Bot (University Of Speed) - BOTAFOF #29 - GHPOTHUF #29
