    Is the right answer. I spotted it down the side of their house on
    returning home, so politely asked for it back (after they first ignored
    the doorbell..)

    Now they're binless, and I don't have to go and steal lozzo's bin.

    I suspect there's now going to be a street wide musical chairs with
    wheelie bins going on, so mine's just had a massive "22" glossed on the
    side, as well as on the lid :)
