They're NOT inconsistent. No race incident is equal. They are judged
seperately and on their own merits. Pointing out what happened in a
different situation at a different time is pointless.
You might as well write angry letters to the SunHerald asking why
MurdererA got 15 years with a 12year non-parole and MurdererB got 18
years with a 13year non-parole

So how do they work out whats suspendable and whats now? 2 instances,
exactly the same, both cost the ride a place or 2, yet 1 gets
suspended, and another doesnt.

ran off... Neither was suspended. That was this year, DOUBLE click on
the clock in the bottom right of your screen, see what year it comes
up with...
