Festival (Saturday week, 5th July[1])

that's one of the main draws for me.

#2 sprog likes The Kills, but I've never heard anything they've done.

 

Why? he's never crashed. That time he was in a plane that landed on a road,
he wasn't even flying it, but was a passenger.

Mr Numan is a qualifed stunt pilot, but I don't think he flys much nowadays.

I'm reading "Sepulchre" at the moment, which A. bought.

I was farely flabbergasted at how OK it was, considering, until I
noticed the "e".

 

My friend Soo's claim to fame is that Gary Numan and Tubeway Army[1]
played at her 18th birthday party, just before they hit the big time.
She still stays in contact with him because they grew up together in
Reading.

[1] I'm guessing they were already called this by then.

Aye, he used to fly out of Shoreham with the G- NMAN on his wing ;-)

 

Fraid so. Lost count of the times I have been to see him in concert. Last
time was about three months back in Dublin. For ther first time ever managed
to get right in front of the stage. Numan Concerts are full of 40+ year olds
and goth kids.
