Ah, aye, Neasden is close - I live in Harrow.

Anyway, thanks all. I knew that there would be a lot of "buy Daytonas"
posts but I now have a pair of Puma Brutale GTX from H-G. They're
comfy, Goretex and most importantly, I can get them over my leathers.

I can't find them on the Puma or H-G websites (I was told that they had
had them in for only a few weeks) but they're like this:
    http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=260085395893

I'm not sure about the "designed for aggressive roadster riders"
    statement.

Yup Motorcycle Accessories in Leicester. No opportunity to visit GLF before
    France.

Leicester is an utter fucking dump, that was my first visit. Sitting in a
town centre cafe, half the women walking by were fully veiled or had on the
black potato sack with gauze eye panel. It really should be illegal to cover
the face and curve of the breasts in public places in the UK.

Yes but WCBA to actually arrange it, box them up, send them off, wait, ride
in slippers etc. etc. etc. They last for years, that's enough.

FFS if you had simply told us you were Queer or FITH we could have saved all
    the replies.
With the external hipprotec armour those are the most foul looking boots
I've ever seen (that weren't yellow). I saw them in HG and laughed.

OTOH it should be compulsory to cover some of them.

Yes but I like to be in the position of assessing the matter and then
    passing comment

    Do what?
True, but IDGAF what they look like TBH. They fit well and are
waterproof. That's pretty much all that counts.

I'll let everyone point and laugh in France.

Yes. Leicester is a pleasant provincial city, though you do need to be
careful that you don't accidentally step on a Richard III.

I dunno about that, I lived there for almost 4 years and feel little or
no affection for the place. I was referring more to his pisspoor attempt
to be the new Nick Griffin.

Yes of course but I didn't want to create a long list.

Of course wearing that silly clothing marks them out as worthless god
    bothering cunts anyway.

I don't really have any tolerance of the aforementioned, well not in person.
I don't think it should be tolerated.

It's worth nothing but I quite like the qualities of mohamedism proper as
religions go, for small values of like. Being fully veiled (anywhere) just
    marks you out as a **** (1)

ps. I don't classify Phil as a RZ

    (1) or sadly opressed

There was a feature in the Guardian the other day about the burkini,
which prompted several letters in response. I can only assume the editor
printed this one while stifling giggles, because the lack of
    self-awareness is remarkable:

I'll tell you why you shouldn't go swimming like this in Britain; it's
because women in this country are equal to men and are not obliged to
cover themselves up when swimming - or indeed at any other time -
because some men somewhere have decided that's how it has to be. Women
in Britain fought for and died for the right to be equal. In this
country we are able to dress, or undress, exactly as we see fit. If
that's not your choice, poor you. But don't be surprised when people
mock you and pass comment on your totally inappropriate clothing for
    swimming.
