Mine is squeaking so I don't use it. Not that I use it much anyway but
I did and it squeaked so I am not doing that again.

I'm so glad you left the original post in that last reply.
I had strange visions of an Auvache "part" squeaking

    ;-)

These are not the droids you are looking for, you can go about your

Doesn't that just show the difference between the UK and Europe (I'm
guessing France?). Over here your local breakdown man is usually caked
from head to toe in oil, whereas their's is dressed in chinos and an
    immaculately white t-shirt.

Do you ever have feelings of regret that you didn't take any shots of
his bike when it was lying down having an afternoon snooze?

We were down there Sunday, didn't see you or I'd have stopped. Was
bloody chilly though, glad me and SWMBO were in the Golf TBH.

It wasn't one of you that passed me going into Lydd and showed me a leg
because I'd pulled over to let you by?

That is very impolite, it is not at all proper that a bike be seen
laying on it's side with it's fundamentals on show for all to see. Not
    proper at all.

No visble planning controls and no thought to making the place look
better, and that seems to be true right through Littlestone, Greatstone
Dymchurch, shite all the way. I have fondish memories of Dymchurch, I
used to holiday there as a kid but all I can remember are acres of
    beach.

I look back upon it as one of the few great missed opportunities of my
life. The selfish bastard even declined a reconstruction while we were
    killing time at Calais.
