Doesn't that just show the difference between the UK and Europe (I'm
guessing France?). Over here your local breakdown man is usually caked
from head to toe in oil, whereas their's is dressed in chinos and an
immaculately white t-shirt.

No visble planning controls and no thought to making the place look
better, and that seems to be true right through Littlestone, Greatstone
Dymchurch, shite all the way. I have fondish memories of Dymchurch, I
used to holiday there as a kid but all I can remember are acres of

We went through those road works, about 2'ish I think

 

I look back upon it as one of the few great missed opportunities of my
life. The selfish bastard even declined a reconstruction while we were
killing time at Calais.
