    If they're anything like NXEC, as soon as you've finished eating they'll
    boot you out into the pikey section, even if it's too late for anyone
    else to occupy the table.

    They don't seem to be. NXEC were in a class of their own when it came to
    penny pinching, particularly around first class.

    It was a few years ago now, but doing the same trick on GNER to York,
    they positively encouraged us to have more coffee.
