  2. You can't not wheelie at the mountain. Even I used to do it. You could
    wheelie a car over there.

True, even I've managed it and I'm shit slow over the mountain.

  4. Apparently, the secret is to get both wheels off the ground. Saw Dave
Wood do it one year in the BSB, and as he landed, his one footpeg fell
off, meaning he hit the deck rapidly. Not a good advert for his workshop.

I predict he'll claim he's not that good at self deprecating himself.

Not at all, I'm not at all bad round the rest of the circuit, I just
can't get it right over the mountain. Every circuit I have been to has
a small bit I just cannot get right no matter how hard I try.

I was pleased just to get around Cadwell without falling off. That was
on a 60s Bonneville, I think I'd scare messen silly on a modern bike.

I can't get used to the fact that the top of the mountain isn't
actually on a straight, if you're going quickly you end up heading for
the grass on the left at a great rate of knots. That and the fact that
there are two peaks to the mountain which always throws me and makes me
    lose momentum
