Just like many of the people they represent manage to do much more often than MPs have to. If they live further away, out of commuting distance (I've worked in central London with people who commuted in daily from as far as Swindon & Stamford) then - sure - provide accommodation. I don't see why the MPs should make a profit out of that accommodation, though.
