I was quite touched by some of the GWSs I had last year, even those
from strangers, and even some on the skiing ng from people I'd never

heh. I only ever posted as someone else once (about 2001), but that
all fell flat as my co-conspirators in the prank were all idiots. And
even then, the attempt was not to be an irritant but to provide
amusement (again, complete failure).

Turns out it's on a staggered junction and a woman taxi driver pulled left
out of one junction into his path he swerved to get around her and she then
turned right into the next, he hit the taxi in the front rh wing and him and
the bike got thrown into the telephone box. It's a substantial steel framed
item some considerable damage.
