BTK Leathers

    Has anyone used this company before or know the guy who runs it?

    I ordered custom leathers from them ages ago (25th Jan, 158 days ago).
    After huge delays at every stage I am being told they were posted early
    last week (sent next day AIUI) and yet still nothing.

    Just wondered what other peoples experiences of them are and if anyone
    knows what's going on with them at the moment.

    Yeah they are a bit disorganised. The product is robust but for me
    doesn't fit all that well.

    Oh well, he is trying to get the tracking info for it so I guess I shall
    see.

    The verdict is "lost in the post". They are apparently now making an
    insurance claim against the delivery company and will "remake your
    leathers very quickly". Oh joy. It's _only_ been 163 days since they were
    ordered, they should arrive just in time for winter, assuming they arrive
    at all!
