Buell Blast ?

    Does anyone know if the 500CC single Buell Blast was ever imported/sold
    here ?

    lol !

    & here i was wondering just what sort of comeback i could get ....actually i
    sat on it at the time...its a very very low bike to start with & im 6'3,
    what an odd little thing.

    Was basically intended for female learners in the US, so not you're not
    the target market.

    I could be wrong but I think the M&W bike was bought out by NFI to
    assess suitability for sale in Oz, I think they concluded it had rather
    limited sales potential...

    (why you would pay the price of 2 GPXs for a bike that had worse
    capabilities on pretty much any criteria you wanted to pick had me
    baffled when they released it)

    It was twice the price of a Honda CB250, and offered, appart from the
    cachet of riding a Harley-Davidson, no advantages over the CB250.

    And some disadvantages over the CB -> greater weight and poorer brakes

    But it was a 500! Obviously it was going to be twice as good as a 250!

    Your K75C has 50% more street cred than a Buell Blast.
