Noticed a shit load of black crap on the end of the exhaust this afternoon.
There's no black smoke coming from the exhaust so what is it from. Any
    ideas?

    GPZ fumbled, fiddled and fingered:
Choke partially or stuck on? Blocked/dirty air filter? Incorrectly
set/sticking floats? Valve clearances too tight?

.... overfilled with oil, or oil got blown into the air filter?
