BVM in Stroud will be losing their BMW franchise, to be replaced by
    http://www.cotswoldbmwbikes.co.uk/ in Gloucester

It's been on the cards for a while as BVM have steadfastly refused to toe
the corporate line which would mean new premises and separating the MotoX
    business from the BMW side.

More business for Mike at Cardiff Motorrad as I can't see the owners of
    older bikes paying Cotswold's rates.

But it is a new premises. Sort of.

At least I won't have to go so far to buy an oil filter or somesuch,
though I will miss the ride to Stroud.
I don't recall BVM being particularly bargain basement

Did I mention that I've booked in to Mike on Sat 22nd for a brake &
    clutch fluid change?

Hopefully I'll be fully Remus'd up by then

Well, yes, they moved from a 19th century agricultural building to one that
looked like a Bernard Mathews turkey shed. Hardly the terrazzo, stainless
steel and glass shopping mall that BMW demand.
Yes. I tried to ring him today to book a service for after the clique
run. I'll need new tyres & front brake pads by then too. Lazy fucker was
taking a day off, so his dad said.

I thought they were closing some time ago. Must have misheard something.
