....is ace. I could go on, but I won't describe how good it is as I'm a)
tired and b) can't be bothered rambling on that long. As it was my
first trackday I was a bit apprehensive about it all, but after the
first session I was chuffed to bits.

I was expecting some stiff muscles, but I wasn't expect to be so brain-
tired after it. It was all worth it though.

There were pictures, but I haven't got them yet. I'll post the URL when
I've got them sorted in case anyone is bored enough to want to look at
    them.

Oh, and I didn't porl it.

    Porling into a bend.
    Porling into some gravel.
    Porling into an ambulance.

It does have a ring to it.

I did, and don't worry about it. There was no full-on drinking on
Thursday, and I was ready to "inspect the inside of my eyelids" in the
pub by about 9pm on Friday.

Looking at Mars, the Milky Way and the shooting stars back at the track
at sometime after midnight was a good contrast to the days activities
    though.

    chasing and sometimes overtaking.

Ah - that was you? I wanted to thank you after one of the sessions as
I'd had a great time trying to stick with you and follow your lines, so
    I'll do that now.

Ta matey - it was great fun and helpful too.

  10. It was me. And then when we discovered who was who in the curry house
Orb started on the ladies and the moment was lost.
    Go on then.
Well I enjoyed it too. Now I've just got to find somebody to follow
so I can go faster too ;-)

  12. Unfortunately not. Sunny Essex which is OK
but could definitely do with a proper race
    circuit.

    Er.. nothing, I don't think.

It was running on three cylinders for a while - something to do with the
funny "bits" on the leads that go to the spark plugs. Apparently I need
to get a new set. Which I'll do one day.

  15. Good point. It's even got a handy speed measuring
device down the back straight. Which is nice.

What's up with the Bandit anyway? If I could manage
to keep up with more than 5% of ukrm I'd probably
    know but I can't so I don't.

Oh those things. ISTR I told you they were the work of the devil when
I saw the bike. By 'new set' I'm hoping you mean HT leads and not those
    rubbish bits of plastic again?
