Call for updates to the FAQ

ok, the time has come. its three years since I last took a proper look
at it.

I'm going to update the FAQ.

The things I know I have to add are:

Angle Grinder FAQ (courtesy of Pip)
the fact you don't need a fitting kit to prove a lickle bike is
restricted
update of the "buying bikes abroad"
how to give your cat a pill (courtesy of Windy)
Battery FAQ
Biking in Europe (originally by TimP additions by BGN)
