Calling the boot boys!

Just a quick ask, for advice on any of the following boots.

I've picked waterproof ones, my other criteria is cost and can a fella
walk in them for a while without knackering his feet n ankles. The ability
to "get away" with wearing them in the office, occasionally, is useful,
too.

I have a pair of size 10s not 3 foot away from me at the moment. They
are extremely good value for money.

 

I have these and so far found them to be very comfy. They are totally
waterproof (tested). They didn't take long to break in either.

 

In uk.rec.motorcycles, Lozzo amazed us all with this pearl of wisdom:

If it's worth anything, they are selling like the proverbial hot
cakes. We just can't keep enough stock in the warehouse at the
moment.

 

Heel isn't high enough and my ankles are too fat. ;-X

Better phone J&S and make sure they have some in my size...

Unless anyone knows of anywhere else that has them, at a better price,
within 30 miles of Wigan (I wanna get em before Chimay)?
