    ....

I really must dust off the tent this year. And then put it away again
    nice and clean.

    It does indeed.
We were so well fed that we ended up having 'boat stew' last night to
use up some of the tins we took down with us.
I'm still trying to work out how I managed to stay sober on my
    birthday though.
Ho yuss ... very entertaining it was too.
I pity the grass near his tent though!
    My kids liked him lots.
We got much better throughout the week though (1).
Thankfully. The only rows seemed to be between siblings.
    Lovely mix of people.
AOL! I'll never look at a BBQ in the same light ... roast pork for
    heavens sake.
He's muttering about additional shiny bits ... I think he's winding me
    up.
Frankly, I think what the pair of them could achieve with such limited
cooking equipment puts the majority of reasonable cooks to shame. Well
    done you two.
She does indeed. Thanks Debs, you helped to keep me sane(ish).
    You forgot the 'cabriolet'.
It did and I thank all of you who attended for making it the best
family holiday I've had. It was a great week spent with wonderful
people. Personally there were a couple of low points but the highs
    far, far outweighed those.

Dominic is more than happy to have us back next year so watch out for
the 'UKRM Camps it Up 2006' post.

Looks like a good time was had.

I am intrigued by the tent in this pic:

It seems to have a chimney.

    What's all that about then?

That's a Yurt ... the farm has three of them.

    http://www.southpenquite.co.uk/yurt.html

Very cosy when it's pissing down outside. The wood burner is
particularly good for drying socks ... they make a quite satisfying
hiss as you lay them on it and then they disintegrate.

Thank you. It was such a beautiful subject so it seemed only right to
spend some time doing it justice.

There was a sign on the field we were in saying "Reserved for yurts".
For several hours I assumed "yurt" was Cornish for "****".

Is that why there's no pictures of me? Lack of time?

Aaaaw, just looked through the unpublished ones and there aren't any
of you at all. How'd that happen then?

Mind you, could it be possible that you're really a vampire?
