I am slightly surprised that that worked. OTOH if it's a trick, I can't
see the join as it were.

The trick is the slack in the lines between the bike and table cloth,
so by the time they're under tension the bike's already going fast
enough to snap the cloth out without dragging the table's contents.

Still impressive, not that much slack.

    Anyways,

your presence is awaited, two threads up.

Well, in *my* screen that's 'Future Chilean neighbour buggered'

However, I see sarcasm in the 'paging Bonwick' thread.

Traction control is for pussy bitches that aren't capable of fitting
    new plastics.

On the basis that there's seldom much smoke where there's no fire - or is it
the other way round? - I'm going to act dumb and ask: are ZX-10's really
    "that bad"?

The local Bransons has an '06-plate model with 10k on the clock going for
£4599 and as I turned to walk away last weekend I swear I heard her whisper,
"I can be yours... you want me, don't you..."

I had a go on a mates 04, it was crackers, but it didn't feel as flighty as
    I expected.

You gotta think, it's a very light litrebike with mega power, in any
inexperienced hands, it's gonna be a tad of a handful, as would any bigboy
bike, some are just a bit easier to ride than others.

There are no pretty 10r's, but the underseat pipes are fucking 'orrible in
    extremis.

I like the look of the 04/05 model, like Champ and Bonwick have. Nice
and easy to work on too.

The 08-onwards model is pretty easy on the eye too. It's just the one in
between that Ginge & Frag got that mings like a galactic emperor.

Nope. They really can be entertaining but I suppose others might think
    that's a bad thing.
Sir wants either an '04 or an '05 model to get the full benefits of
Kawasaki remembering what they were famous for.
