Heh. Did I mention that the defamation action against Little Bruvver by
this twat (and backed, presumably, by BAA) was immediately dropped when
he produced all his 'substantially contemporaneous' notes on what was
    said and done?

  2. I'm going to ask for five thousand, four hundred and seventy-six other

Seems to me to have become a matter of 'face' for the CPS - tossers.

The cPS are the biggest bunch of inept fuckjuicers in the history of the

Ragging someone about race doesn't seem out of order to me either though

Have you seen the face on the woman? Maybe he was thinking along the lines
of "improvement" without recourse to a plastic sturgeon.

Whatever, it's another example of exactly how much freedom of speech we
    have.

Ok, what the **** have you done to the Bradford Elocution Professor. Stoned

That's just an opinion and so far, opinions aren't someone one can be
arrested for. Well not yet, anyway.

    Probably.

    a) he posted something daft on a public medium, especialy daft given
    his public profile;

    b) she went overboard in calling the police.

Two wrongs failing to make a right.

Your offences come under a different heading, that of 'crimes against
    journalism'

Tell me about it. Only this week a friend of mine who was drugged and
raped by a police officer and sexually assaulted by his wife had to
watch them both walk free from a court, when the CPS dropped the case
because of a short text message she sent while she was still under the
influence of the drugs. Her life has been completely destroyed by this
    incident.

A more inept bunch of cunts you could never find.

  17. I understand that she is actually a Muslim and an escapee from Uganda
    under Idi Amin.

There is no doubt in my mind that she can be a divisive figure. I read
some of her articles and see her regularly on Dateline London on BBC
News. Some of her views I agree with and others I don't. I think the
bit we cannot understand is what she has been exposed to in terms of
threats no doubt issued in response to some of her more "controversial"
comments. She made such a statement in explaining her reaction to this
    Tweet.

Yes you can try to dismiss the comment as "a joke" but it isn't for the
person on the receiving end. You or I might well get away with it
because we hold no public office nor have a public affiliation with a
party or a religion nor do we put ourselves forward as purveyors of
"public" opinion. It is high time that people in positions of power and
influence learnt to put their brains in gear before reaching for their
smartphone, netbook or PC and shoving inane remarks into the ether.

Except the precident is set.. section 127.. etc. etc. Unless the
twitter joke verdict is overturned by a higher court than crown court
the interpretation of the law will stand and no doubt be used over and
over, like the much publicised section 44 stop and search has been in
    that London.

IMHO The law itself is fucked, and needs repealing, it was originally
set up to protect switchboard operators from heavy breathers and has
now been completely bastardised by the CPS to target flippancy on the
    internet.

Now let's see if it gets a mention on Question time...
