Because if his was worthy of prosecution then so should all the others
(including mine) be. I really like twitter but it hits productivity
worse than UKRM.

 

The very fact that it's being so widely retweeted, especially with the
Spartacus tag means that it can't be considered to have "menacing
content" - which was the whole reason he was found guilty in the first
place.
