I thought you'd have finished by now. -- jeremy '01 Triumph Sprint ST in green _______________________________________ jeremy0505 at gmail.com
Given the Ducati I thought it was you! The things people record and stick on websites - still it was mildly amusing.
This week Oi harv bin mostly looking at the Avaya TAPI which doesn't fucking work for me at all, not one little bit. Grrrrrr.
We use the Avaya Phone manager (Lite) here as we have upgraded our phone system to an Avaya IP Office.. for just about everyone else the link into Outlook works fine (they can select a number from within outlook and tell it to dial the number and the TAPI interface does the rest). But for me it doesn't. It just gives me an error. I'm using Outlook 2003, everyone else is using an older version. Avaya say "it should work". Phil.
I'm trying to capture any calls (only the fact that a call has taken place) and pop up a window with a chance to add this into our CRM system - something that the lusers have asked for. We have Phone Manager running on our desktops which interact with the phone fine, but I'm fucked if I can get it to work at all!
