Is there anyone out there with some advice as to how I can title my
    bike? It's a 93 suzuki rgv250.
I bought it from a guy that lives in Arizona. I live in CA.
It has an AZ assigned vin. It is titled as a 2003 special
construction. the dmv refered me to the CA CHP because it was missing
the federal regulation sticker. the CHP told me i'm out of luck and if
I ride it, it will be impounded. They said that they would be
contacting the dmv to make sure this bike is never titled in CA.
Besides trying to find another frame, what other options do I have?
Is there hope? put it up for sale?

Title it in Vermont. YOu jsut send them the appropriate paperwork, like
statement of facts from a dealer, and whatever else tehy require, plus
payment, adn you get a plate in the mail.

Or get to knwo someone in Nevada, establish their place as an address,
and after 6 months, you can legally register your bike, and plate it there.
