I am taking my A2 at the end of September, and hope to use my CG125.
Do I have to prove that it is suitable for the test i.e. 124cc &
capable of 62kph with documentation, or does it appear on an approved
    list somewhere?

As long as the Nitrous bottle and supercharger are hidden, I think
    you'll be ok.

Considering that many bike schools use CG125s[1] themselves, I don't think
    you'll have a problem.

Quite... but do make sure it's well serviced with plug, oil, air filter
before hand. It'll need all the help it can get. I think it's the
Chinese copies (Hongdou ) that need a gear up kit to be A2 test capable.

Oddly enough, I found mine went better with a plug, too.

They won't know anything about it unless you tell them.

One can even do the full Cat-A licence on a restricted 33bhp machine
as the DSA can't tell it's restricted unless you tell 'em.

Although turning up on it without a training person accompanying you
is likely to cause a raised eyebrow, sewerly?

"How did you get here today?"
"My mate rode it in" <points to mate who waves back>
