chaingang?

  1. Any body bought chains or sprockets from chaingang?

    http://www.chaingang.com.au/sprockets.php

i was actually looking for a scott oiler and stumbled on their site. The
chain prices seem about typical, but they make their own sprockets too and
they look about twice as expensive as normal sprockets! They give
themselves a big rave writeup, but dont back it up with any hard data or
numbers on mileage. Has anyone tried one of these big dollar sprockets?

    Thanks,
    Shaun

  2. Hi all,
I was talking to a friend who uses chain gang sprockets, he says his one has
outlasted 2 x ring chains so far with still no signs of wear. They dont
make front sprockets though, only rears. For his bike (v-strom) the
original sprockets are already quite pricey do he said its worthwhile, but
for me they cost more than double of comparable offerings from RK etc so im
going to go with normal items. I'd rather change my sprockets with my chain
    anyway
