Looking to change the chain 530 X-ring and sprockets on a friends Harley.
What is the best flavour of chain nowadays as endorsed by UKRM? Still DID?
I have used recently on a Trumpet a 'Triple S' chain & it seems ok, no
problems yet with about 25K on it?

Also, where does the FOAK recommend for sprockets (for Harleys)?

    TIA.

Would be good and easy, but the guy bought it because it had the chain
conversion done! Why IHNI but he likes it.

Try this lot if you can't source locally.

As for chains, I got approx 30,000 miles from a DID X-ring. There was still
life in the chain, but the front sprocket was fucked, and the rear looked
iffy, so yes, DID X-ring went on.

Used to claim to have the largest stocks of sprockets in the UK. Whether
that was true or not, they did stock Chiaravelli sprockets, which seemed to
last longer than JT or stock.

Thanks I'll have a look around the sites recommended.
It seems DID 530ZVM is the best choice.
