Champ update

catching up with Team Ixion it appears that Andy Cowie visited Neal
today and posted the following

"He was just loading into his wheelchair for the first time as I
arrived and we took him for a gentle stroll round the grounds, which
cheered him up a bit. He's obviously very pis*ed off and very badly
knocked about but is coping really well considering he's got some
nasty injuries and has been through a big op.

He didn't grumble at all in typical Champ-fashion and did manage to
take the piss out of my suit as soon as he saw me so is definitely
getting there

He was asking after you all and is still likely to head back to the UK
tomorrow."

This business has really put the dampeners on my enjoyment of this

I heard from a little birdy today that Champ has a brief but rather intense
liason with a piece of roadside furniture.

Get well soon you daft sod and I hope you make a speedy recovery.

Not too bad , work and lack of tuits have kept the bikes off the road but
summer's here and I really should get my arse into the garage and do
something about it. Although I've probably forgotten how to ride by now.
