OK, so, new discs should be arriving any day now, and Im going to put them
on my bike..both front and rear and change the pads whilst Im at it..

Any specific pointers before I dive in and start.?

Im not a complete mechanical numpty, but could do with someone pointing out
    SOP or potential pitfalls..

    TIA etc etc..

After polishing them to a mirror finish remember to grease them well befrore
bedding them in by utilising a high speed run followed by an attempted
    stoppie..... ;-)

Truthfully, make sure you know the torque setting for the bolts and use a
dab of threadlock on the threads.

Proper fitting tools, torque wrench and thread locking compound for the
    disks.
