    I just wonder if the same sort of shite would happen if a group of drivers
    were on their way to a "meet" and one of the cars happened to crash.

    It'll be interesting to see how it pans out in court anyway.

    Car drivers get nicked fairly often on a charge of road racing, and usually
    before any accident even happens let alone a fatal one.

    Yeahbut these guys haven't been charged with racing and there's been no
    evidence of any speeding either, from all I've read.
