Sam's broken her scooter, that one we bouth from london (and we live in
nottingham) seems like the clutch is slipping... open the throttle slowly
and she'll get upt 70 mo probs, but open it a bit too fast, and it'll make a
hissing noise from the clutch area and wont go over 30,

clutch is almost new, as is belt and rollers, so it's going back for
warrently work, good job i bought the bike trailer last week then.

will be going down in the motorhome, and staying outside london on a
campsite, will ride the scoot to hendon, then get train back, and do it in
    reverse when it's fixed,

the campsite is near Hersham station, and it seems easiest to catch the
train from hendon train station (rather than fannying about going tube from
hendon central, off at waterloo, then train to hersham)

but it seems you can only get single tickets for southwest trains, at least
for this journey, and that's £13.80 for 2 singles, as of course sam wants to
come with me so she can cry at the bloke in the shop that her scooter is
    bwoken :)

anyone know of a cheaper route? busses or something,

we'll be going down to london on the 5th of may, so if anyone needs somthing
UR'ing from nottingham, let me know asap, (can't be a bike as we'll have the
    scoot on the trailer)
wont be coming back till a couple of weeks later, as going to a motorhome
show the week after to try and sell some vinyl stickers, but if anyone needs
owt going london to nottingham, going via Newbury and Oxford over the course
of a couple of weeks, let me know,

i'll have tinternet when camping via me mobile, that's if i can find the
fucking connection lead, and the rats havent got hold of it and chewed it in
    half.

    (fuel + time +hassle +transport costs) x 2

It would be cheaper to get it fixed in Nottingham.

Buses will be cheaper FWIW. But not much.

well, i'm going to laaaandahn anyways, then onto a show at newbury, so i
just go a week earlier than planned to drop the scoot off and let the
fuckers who sold it honnor their warrenty.

Think i found the cheapest way, but takes fekin ages... tube to wimbeldon at
£2.20 on me oyster card (assuming it'll still work after being last used 3
    years ago)
then train wimbeldon to hersham at a fiver,

    fukin excelent,

any way to work out the bus prices? i know inside the zones it's a flat fare
or something like that, or a day ticket for not much, but hersham is outside
the zones by a bit, but still within the M25, so dunno how that works.

<snip loads of very usefull info>

**** me, you know, sometimes this group can get a little weird, annoying, up
it's own arse etc... posts about how to fill a mopeds tank, what scooter to
buy, trailer insurance, rats that have hurt them selves, the size of
someones cock and the dammage it does to the arses it enters etc, ok half of
those are mine, but compared to the others mine are tame? :)

but every now and then you get more than you expected in a good way, pauls
reply along with 'crumbs' have more than answered my Q's. (max fare on
travel surry busses is £3.80, so can work out if cheaper to go train to
hersham, and bus for 3 stops to field common lane (for the campsite i'm
stayin at) or tube to wimbledon, train to surbiton, then bus for 5 miles,
train to surbiton on a travel card and so on).

now then, alls oi needs t' know is ow you work that electrickery stuff oi've
eard these ere laaaandeners ave, n wattta dunt come from t' and pump down t'
gunnel down there either, how does that work loik?
