So it's a copyright breach notwithstanding.[/QUOTE] I'm not denying that it's a breach, what I am curious about is other than taking out an injunction to stop him continuing to distribute copyrighted material, what more could EMAP possibly sue for given that the content is on something they've made available for free, with no terms and conditions to agree to before download. It would be almost impossible to prove any kind of financial damages, I'd have thought.
