Hmm...

"Eject, eject" time, I think. Shame I've been with them for near on
twenty years.

 

Join the club. I moved away from them about 9 months ago after a long
series of frustrations and errors on their part. And I'd been with them
since the early 90's (I was among the first 1000 customers - or so they
told me..).

I went to IDNet. And I'm happy with them (so far). And it's nice to
phone their tech support and a) get someone with a clue and b) get
someone who can *actually* fix the problem rather than just logging a
call that then gets ignored..

Other than some undisclosed port blocking I've not discovered a Zen
problem. Yet.
