How are people getting there this year?

I'm pondering going via the tunnel, on the friday, but was wondering
what the more general plan is.

Almost certainly the Hull ferry. The M1 ride is rather boring.

If I go, it'll be a Friday morning trip through the tunnel.

I'm not actually sure whether I'll own a running bike, mind.

At this rate I'll have a choice.

The only question left for me (other than booking leave) is whether to
come back on the Monday or Tuesday.

Well, I'm hoping the Tiger is long gone by July, but I don't know
whether I'll have got around to buying a replacement/getting the 7R
    running.
can you really face 4 nights in a tent in a muddy field in Belgium? If
I do go, it'll be from Friday morning to Monday morning max.

Don't you still technically have that manky old beemer? And how much
effort can it actually require to get the 7R running?

If I can do 5 nights in a swamp in Somerset, I can do 4 nights in a
    field in Belgium.

I've now got the hotel details from Lady Nina, might just do the same
as it breaks the journey up nicely.
    Not doing that bit though.

    Right. Leave booked, Friday/Monday.

At some point I'll have to decide which bike to take.

Are you planning on going over on the Thursday night? If you are then
ask Adie nicely and she'll send you tunnel and hotel details so you
can avoid the ever increasing number of cunts going over that evening.

whatever holds most would be my recommendation.

And rememebr bungees, to strap a crate of beer to the pillion seat,
    like bonwick did..
