  2. The look OK in the pics, and they're not hideously expensive. Might be
worth a punt anyway, for a chap of your apparently somewhat-more-than-
    modest income.

I mean, the kind of loss through depreciation you've taken would
    indicate so at least.

In that regard, you probably would have Nige'd the gixxer out before
    the panels even arrive!

  3. I think the comment it should be fitted by a trained bodyshop
professional sums it up. 179 isn't a lot to waste though if you've got
time to mess around fitting them.

I'm more interested in keeping the bike sweet, original Suzuki panels are
    stupid money
& at that price it's gotta be worth a look.
Now, the biggest loss i have made on a bike was the Daytona, as it was
midwinter & i really needed the money at the time. But, in fairness, if you
you do it right, you can have some fun for next to no loss.
    Now thats just silly ;)

  5. Looks OK. As it's a pattern part, expect it not to fit properly.

Why bother? Save your money, ride the bike, and if you crash it, *then*
    buy one.

Well, I did think about that, but the genuine Suzuki panels are eye watering
in the cost stakes & you never flog it with some cheap shit chinkadoodle
    fairing on it.

I dont expext to bin it, but you never know.

I cleaned it last weekend after the filthy ride home only to use a tad too
much bike spray on the front brakes. The run down to the first set of lights
had me shitting kittens i can tell you ;)

  7. So who's to know?

    "Special paint job".

I wouldn't want to ride around on something that looks like it belongs
in an Argos catalogue, "just in case I ding it".

I did say not that scheme TBF, but one just the same as whats on it or the
    Rizzla type thingy.

Only a thought, but I might just get one 'in case'

    Try £289 inc p&p.

Also "I will Mark as Gift or Sample and low value. You may also be liable for
customs fees, once the package reaches your country. You are responsible for
these charges - we have no way of controlling or predicting them. "

Why worry? Just buy a set. After all, they're either going down the road and
getting fucked, or they're sitting on the bike not geting fucked but looking
    pretty.
