I weighed myself at 11 stone today, and I've come to the conclusion my
scales have a built in random number generator which means they can add
up to a stone from one day to the next.

New years resolution: buy new scales.

 

Oh good, I weigh the same as Ferger and Ginge. Marvellous.

get an extra set of stabilisers for the 'wing....
Oh and a wheel lift for it to raise and lower them according to weight
levels through the year on the RBR.

I have to say I recall you being reasonably thin, and not at all
16st-like.

I think it's cos I'm tall. Being 6 foot 3 and a 34 - 36 waist does
tend to hide the weight.
