What breed of yeast do you use, I got mine from a home brew shop and have
since found out that all yeasts are not equal. Unfortunately I never got to
get another cheap plentiful supply of apples again. I may have another go if
I can eliminate the beer taste, as I now have plenty of freezer space and
    some hydraulic muscle.

    Dain.

Try a champagne yeast, or ask your local (expert) home brew shop for advice.
Alternatively, Black Rock make a not bad cider concentrate.

I used 50 50 champagne and some meant for anther kind of sparkling white
, I kept a little and breed my own now , I buy apple juice in bulk and
go at it when stocks are low , if its bad through the stainless filter
    it goes .

Yeah I agree that'd be great BBetty!
Imagine if crow's feet could be made smaller so, instead of just picking
stuff out of our rubbish-bins and flying into windows and stuff, they spent
their whole time falling over and not being able to pick up stuff!
Hilarious! I can see the funniest-home-videos now!
    Bring on that cider!

Works for guys. The more you drink, the more beautiful and desirable the
women look. All the crows feet blend into smoothness.

I enjoy the odd one or two dozen but never have noticed the price or size. I
guess noticing size is a girlie thing
