Nope, because Gravity bombs out when I try and set up a sig. Always. and I've re-installed it 3 times just in case. Greybeard.
I'm not arguing. It's not what "I'd" call a great classic. This is why I asked the original question, a lot of classics are personal choices, shirley!? Greybeard
Series 2 E-Types had the same coil as a late 1960s Mini 1000 IIRC. -- Lozzo Versys 650 Inter-Continental Hyperbolistic Missile , CBR600F-W racebike in the making, TS250C, RD400F (somewhere) BMW E46 318iSE (it's a car, not one of those 2-wheeled pieces of shite they churn out)
I rode it ages ago (maybe 9 or 10 years ago), I can't remember where I rode it but somewhere around Box Hill rings a bell IIRC. I remember you rode the pre-crashed Bandit and pronounced the bars bent in any case The engine wasn't that powerful, but it was super smooth. Made the Bandit 600 engine seem agricultural by comparison .. Paul.

Yep, I've got a thick jumper on I have never ridden a 400/4, well not that I remember anyway, so I have no real comments on it, but in my personal opinion it's not my idea of a classic. Now, the Suzuki kettle well that's a bit different, like the bloody awful Honda CBX and Benelli Sei, different and certainly classic's, but for what reason? I think we all have different ideas of classics but I wondered if there really was scientific/deffinative calculations that defined them, like age or style or something.
Genuine LOL. You evil bugger. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ I love this group. Fraser
I've had a look at some of the old bike photo's I had, and I'm sitting on one at the shop I worked at. By the look of it it's just been uncrated and PDI'd. It may well have been a demonstrator that we had and I probably used it a few times. TBH I don't truly remember, but I do seem remember that we had problems with the 400's. But now that I think about it (it was a bloody long time ago!) I might be getting confused with the RD400's. I know that I got very adept at swapping pistons on them in pretty short order. I might be putting my personal dislike for Honda's in the way of correct memory recall. I Had a 750/4 for a while, highly modded with dunstall shit, fairings and all. 'Orrible thing!
Blimey. How? That would be RD400s, then. Especially the earlier ones with points ignition. The 400F weak spot was always the camchain tensioner. I had an SOHC 750 as well, and I didn't like it much, either. Too big, too heavy, didn't handle, chain lasted 4000-5000 miles, single front disc was abominable, the list went on..... The four-pipers look nice, but the truth is that the CB750 just isn't a particularly nice bike to ride.
I would dearly loved to have kept the Voxan Roadster, but they were only ever going to be held in regard in France. Luckily a 10 year old one with a blown big end is already considered to be worth far more than you would expect - in France.
Your fantasy-regulator appears to be borked. I mean, I also fantasise about me, Eva Mendes and a bath full of Swarfega, so fantasising about a bike that just happens to also be a tad unobtainable...
Slightly more interesting is that googling said burd along with the word Swarfega, brings up results. Pervs, the lot on yer.
Waitress at my local Mexican restaurante is a dead ringer for her, albeit ever so slightly more filled out but that's not all so painful and she smiles a whole lot. There's a group of 4-5 of us that have a periodic dinner meeting there and every head swivels when she walks back to the cocina.
