A Suzuki V-Strom will cost you $225 for a day from Bikescape while a VFR
800 will cost $260. If you want to ride what Betty rides you're going to
    have ask her nicely.

Aw Geez, Gerry, an' there I was about to ask if you wanted to borrow my bike
    for a day ;-)

All that lowering was a bit of a master-stroke, hey? <chuckle> Next step,
probably, should be to paint it PINK (but then I'd probably refuse to ride
it...... although Crazy Cam might like it....)

Just back from a big ride nearly to Melbourne and back for the weekend. I
think I probably lost 3kgs sweating in my leathers - YUK!!! But the bike was
fabulous, and the new low seat was so comfortable that I didn't even need
the AirHawk till I got to Tumut this arv.

I love my girly bike, so there!

Well, if it turned out a really nice flouro, sears the eye-balls at 100
metres, PINK, yup, I'd ride it. :)

Funnily enough (or perhaps scarily so!) we are a bit alike in this respect,
Gerry.... I wouldn't ever ride anybody else's bike - given my record, I'd be
terrified of dropping it! I'm a little less antsy letting ppl ride MY bike,
though - at Phillip Island last year it was lovely to be pillioned to and
from the track on my own bike (thanks Clem!) coz I found the whole traffic
thing too scary - it's totally crazy down there!
My last car (a Daihatsu Sirion) was a very attractive metallic pale pink - I
figured no self-respecting car thief would look at it twice - but my kids
loved driving it - and even the old bloke who used to live next door loved
driving it round after some bastard nicked his postie bike. I thought PINK
would be a very SAFE colour, but I suppose NEED overrides TASTE
occasionally - apart from those interesting individuals like CC, who go for
the eye-popping fluoro pink jobbies for reasons best known to themselves!
<grin> And him a Scot, too - I'd have thought pink would be the worst
possible choice of colour for a Scot! (the percentage of me that is Scottish
doesn't do Pink very well at all...)
Sounds gorgeous, darlz LOL... but would 24 hours be enough? I love my bike
more and more each time it takes me on a good ride!

Nah, she makes me tie it up so I don't trip. The next thing to drag on
the ground would be my low brow :)

Now - I know you meant that as a joke, but listen <whispering>... I'd like
to learn how to ride a dirt bike, and I think I would HAVE to get one of the
kiddy sized ones <blush>. The seats on some of the grown-up ones are just
about up to my armpits! The bike would have to be damned near horizontal
before I could get ONE foot on the ground!
    bastard! ;-P
24 hours in a bra won't be enough to make those man-boobs perky, you know!
    <chuckle>
