A 1992 Honda CB750 F2 motorcycle hasn't been used for 3 months and now when
it starts up and u put it into gear, it stalls immediately. However when u
restart it and do it again everything is fine. What could this be due to?
Also is there a simple way to adjust the clutch without the major effort of
pulling it all to bits? Any advice appreciated. Thanks

Simple stiction , some use should see it ease
if not nose it against something solid and slip the clutch for 30
seconds in gear , should loosen it up

  3. Try an oil change as well.

Thanks but I have no idea what simple stiction means?? So if u ride the
clutch when pushing up against something solid how does that fix things
and is it a permanent or temporary fix? I'm trying to understand what is
actually going on behind the scenes. What are we actually loosening up
by doing this - the clutch plates or what?

The oil sticks the clutch plates together
hence stiction and a good slip should clean the gunk out , if not an
oil change and a few changes
if that fails a strip and clean
